REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS OF THE BORROWER. The Borrower makes the following representations, warranties and covenants, all of which, together with the other representations and agreements of the Borrower contained in this Junior Loan Agreement, are relied upon by the Issuer and the Trustee and serve as a basis for the undertakings of the Issuer and the Trustee contained in this Junior Loan Agreement:
