REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS OF THE DIRECTOR. 4.01 The Director represents and warrants to, and covenants with, the Company that: (a) the Director is resident for securities law purposes in British Columbia; and (b) the grant of the Option has not been made by expectation of employment or continued employment.
