Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Employee. 8.1 The Employee represents and warrants to the Company that there are no restrictions, agreements or understandings to which the Employee is a party which would prevent or make unlawful the Employee’s execution of this Agreement or the Employee’s employment hereunder, or which is or would limit the performance by the Employee of the obligations hereunder.
