REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS OF THE OPTIONOR. The Optionor represents, warrants and covenants to and in favour of the Optionee the representations and warranties set out at Schedule “D”, and acknowledges that the Optionee is relying upon such representations, warranties and covenants in proceeding with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
