Common use of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Securityholders. Each of the Securityholders hereby severally, and not jointly or jointly and severally, acknowledges, represents, warrants and covenants to and in favour of the Optionee and Optionor the representations and warranties set out at Schedule “E”, and acknowledges that the Optionee and Optionor are relying upon such representations, warranties and covenants in proceeding with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
