Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Seller and Master Servicer. (a) First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, in its capacities as Seller and Master Servicer, hereby makes the representations and warranties set forth in Schedule II hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor and the Trustee, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date.
