Common use of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Sellers and the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Sellers and the Servicer. (a) (i) Popular Financial and Popular Funding, in their capacities as Sellers, hereby make the representations and warranties set forth in Schedules IIE and IIF respectively, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor and the Trustee, as of the Closing Date or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date; and
