Representations, Warranties and Indemnities. 9.1 Each party represents and warrants to the other that, to the best of its current knowledge, it has the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the licenses granted herein. Each party believes, to the best of its current knowledge, that any existing patents licensed by it to the other party under this Agreement are valid.
