Representative for Secured Noteholders Only. Agent for each Hedge Counterparty and the Holders of the Subordinated Notes. With respect to the security interest created hereunder, the delivery of any Asset to the Trustee is to the Trustee as representative of the Secured Noteholders and agent for each other Secured Party and the Holders of the Subordinated Notes. In furtherance of the foregoing, the possession by the Trustee of any Asset, the endorsement to or registration in the name of the Trustee of any Asset (including without limitation as Entitlement Holder of the Custodial Account) are all undertaken by the Trustee in its capacity as representative of the Secured Noteholders and agent for each other Secured Party and the Holders of the Subordinated Notes.
