REPRESENTATIVES AGREEMENT. Broker-Dealer shall cause each such Representative to execute a Registered Representative's Agent Agreement with GIAC before a Representative shall be permitted to solicit applications for the sale of the Plans. GISC shall furnish Broker-Dealer with copies of Registered Representative's Agent Agreements for execution by the Representatives.
