Common use of Representative's Authority to Contract Clause in Contracts

Representative's Authority to Contract. By signing this Agreement, the representative of Contractor hereby represent that such persons are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of their respective companies and that said companies agree to be bound by the provisions thereof.
