Common use of Reprints; Rights of Cross-Reference Clause in Contracts

Reprints; Rights of Cross-Reference. Consistent with applicable copyright and other laws, each Party may use, refer to, and disseminate reprints of scientific, medical and other published articles and materials from journals, conferences and/or symposia relating to the Study that disclose the name of a Party, provided, however, that such use does not constitute an endorsement of any commercial product or service by the other Party.

The Parties may not engage in the pre-approval promotion of the Compounds in conjunction with the usage, reference to, or dissemination of any such publications or materials.
