Reproduction of Products. 5.1 RESELLER may make copies of the master copy of the Product for the purpose of marketing and distributing such Product to a Customer. Such copies may be distributed or furnished to a Customer only if RESELLER and Customer have executed a License Agreement in compliance with the provisions of Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
