This contract is fully in force under Colombian Law and THE ASSOCIATE is subject to the jurisdiction of the Colombian Courts and waives any attempt to make any diplomatic claim in regards to the rights and obligations arising from this contract, except in the event that justice is denied. It is understood that justice will not be denied when THE ASSOCIATE, in its capacity as Operator or Party, has exhausted all the resources and actions that, in compliance with Colombian Law, may be used before Colombian legal authorities.
