Common use of Repurchase Closing Clause in Contracts

Repurchase Closing. (a) At the Repurchase Closing, the Company shall update the register of members and cancel the Repurchased Shares. At the Repurchase Closing, the Seller shall surrender the share certificates representing the Repurchased Shares to the Company for cancellation.
