Repurchase Obligation for Defective Documentation and for Breach of a Representation or Warranty. (a) Each of the representations and warranties contained in Sections 3.01 and 3.02 shall survive the purchase by the Depositor of the Home Equity Loans and the subsequent transfer thereof by the Depositor to the Trustee and shall continue in full force and effect, notwithstanding subsequent termination of this Agreement or the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
