Repurchase Obligations of Unaffiliated Mortgage Sellers. Claims against third-parties, unaffiliated with JPMorgan, related to the origination and/or sale of Mortgage Loans securitized by the Trusts are not released. To the extent that JPMorgan elects to pursue any third-parties, unaffiliated with JPMorgan, for recovery based on the Released Claims related to the origination and/or sale of Mortgage Loans securitized by the Bear Xxxxxxx Trusts, the Accepting Trustees agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to assist such pursuit to the extent they are required to do so under the Governing Agreements.
