Common use of Repurchase of Initial Unit Clause in Contracts

Repurchase of Initial Unit. At the request of the Trustee, the Trust will purchase and the Initial Unitholder will sell the Initial Unit for a purchase price of US$1,000. Upon completion of such purchase and sale, the Initial Unit will be cancelled and will no longer be outstanding for any of the purposes of this Trust Agreement.
