Repurchase of Interests in Certain Event. (a) In the discretion of DTO Management, the Company may, but is not obligated to, repurchase a Member's Economic Interest or Membership Interest upon such Member's breach of the Member's obligations contained in Article III, Sections 5.9, 8.1(b), 8.4, 8.9, 12.1 and 12.11 of this Agreement.
