Repurchase of Investor Securities. From and after the date of this Agreement, the agreements set forth in Section 5.7 of the Exchange Agreement shall be applicable following the Transfer by the Investor of all of the Exchange Shares held by the Investor to one or more third parties not affiliated with the Investor. For the avoidance of doubt, the Exchange Shares may not be repurchased by the Company pursuant to this Section 5.8 or Section 5.7 of the Exchange Agreement.
