Repurchase or Redemption of Class I Shares by the Corporation. a. Any of the outstanding Class I Shares may be tendered for redemption at any time, and the Fund agrees to repurchase or redeem the Class I Shares so tendered in accordance with its obligations as set forth in Article VI of the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation, as amended from time to time, and in accordance with the applicable provisions set forth in the prospectus and statement of additional information relating to the Fund.
