REPURCHASE OR REDEMPTION OF SHARES BY THE TRUST. (a) Any of the outstanding Units of a Series of Trust may be tendered for redemption at any time, and the Series of Trust agrees to redeem such Units so tendered in accordance with its obligations as set forth in the Trust Agreement and the relevant Prospectus.
