Upon the occurrence of a Change of Control Triggering Event, the Holders of the Securities will have the right to require that the Company purchase such Holder’s outstanding Securities, in whole or in part, at a purchase price of 101% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but not including, the date of purchase.
