Common use of Request for Additional Background Clause in Contracts

Request for Additional Background. A Party is entitled to request another Party to add certain Background to Annex 3 if, without Access Rights to such Background, carrying out the tasks assigned to the recipient Party would be technically or legally impossible, significantly delayed, or require significant additional financial or human resources. The Party receiving such request may decide to add such Background in its sole discretion.
