Request for Additional Protections and Survival. In addition to the terms contained herein, the City may reasonably request that the Contractor protect the confidentiality of certain Protected Information or other data in specific ways to ensure compliance with Data Protection Laws and any changes thereto. Unless a request for additional protections is mandated by a change in law, the Contractor may reasonably decline the City’s request to provide additional protections.
