Subject to the following conditions, the Borrowers may request an Advance of a tranche of the loan facility to be made by delivering to the Agent a completed Drawdown Notice not later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) two (2) Business Days prior to the intended Drawdown Date (it being understood and agreed that an Advance in the principal amount of $22,500,000 in respect of NORDIC OLYMPIC was made on February 6, 2015 and an Advance in the principal amount of $22,500,000 in respect of NORDIC ODIN was made on February 13, 2015).

During the term of this Agreement, Borrower may from time to time request an Advance under the Loan, provided that the total principal amount outstanding thereunder shall not at any time exceed the lesser of (i) the amount of the Commitment, or (ii) fifty percent (50%) of the Appraised Value of the Properties as specified in Section 6.13 hereof.
