Request for Arbitrator List. Within fourteen (14) calendar days after arbitration has been invoked, regardless of whether or not ADR is requested, the Employer shall request the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) to submit a list of seven (7) impartial persons qualified to act as arbitrators. The parties will meet within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of such list to select an arbitrator in accordance with paragraph c below.
