Request for Base Rate Loans. Except as otherwise specified herein, Borrower shall give to Administrative Agent, irrevocable notice of a request for each Loan pursuant to a written Borrowing Notice, appropriately completed and signed by an appropriate Authorized Signatory of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or by telephone (if promptly confirmed by delivery to Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Notice, consistent with such telephonic notice) not later than 2:00 p.m. at least one (1) Business Day prior to the proposed Base Rate Loan. Any notice in connection with a requested Revolving Loan under this Agreement that is received by Administrative Agent after 2:00 p.m. on any Business Day, or at any time on a day that is not a Business Day, shall be deemed received by Administrative Agent on the next Business Day.
