Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Administrative Agent (and, with respect to Swing Line Loans, the Swing Line Lender and, with respect to Local Loans, the relevant Local Fronting Lender) shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing (or, in the case of Swing Line Loans, a duly executed Swing Line Loan Request), and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender shall have received a duly executed Application.
