Common use of Request for Borrowings Clause in Contracts

Request for Borrowings. (a) To request a Borrowing of Term Loans, the Borrower shall notify Administrative Agent of such request in writing, which request must be received by Administrative Agent not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, two (2) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing (or such shorter time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion). Each such Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and signed by the Borrower. Each Borrowing Request shall specify the following information:

Request for Borrowings. Each such Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and signed by the Borrowerirrevocable. Each such Borrowing Request shall specify the following informationinformation in compliance with Section 2.02:

Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in a form approved by the form attached hereto as Exhibit A Administrative Agent and signed by the relevant Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following informationinformation in compliance with Section 2.02:
