Request for Changes/Approved Products. At any time during this procurement up to the time specified in Exhibit A, Solicitation Schedule bidders may request, in writing, a clarification or interpretation of any aspect, or a change to any requirement of the solicitation or any addenda to the solicitation. Requests may include suggested substitutes for specified items/products and for any brand names which whenever used in this solicitation shall mean the brand name or approved equal. Such written requests shall be made to the buyer and may be transmitted by facsimile or email. All requests for Approved Equals/changes must be submitted to Pace by completing the “Request for Changes or Approved Equal” form provided in Exhibit G. Requests for “Changes or Approved Equals” must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on March 30, 2016. Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Pace will not respond to oral requests except those made at the pre-bid conference. Oral responses at a pre-bid conference are not official or binding unless written by an addendum.
