Common use of Request for Consents Clause in Contracts

Request for Consents. The Vendors will use their reasonable commercial efforts to obtain, prior to Closing, all Consents which are required under the Contracts set forth in Schedules 3.21 and 3.22. Such Consents shall be upon such terms as are acceptable to the Purchaser, acting reasonably. The Purchaser will co-operate in obtaining such Consents.
