REQUEST FOR COUNTY PCI BY THIRD PARTIES. 26 CONTRACTOR and its employees, agents, or subcontractors shall promptly transmit to the 27 COUNTY Program Contract Manager all requests for disclosure of any COUNTY PCI requested by 28 third parties to the agreement between CONTRACTOR and COUNTY (except from an Individual for 29 an accounting of disclosures of the individual's personal information pursuant to applicable state or 30 federal law), unless prohibited from doing so by applicable state or federal law. 31
