Request for Credit Event. The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of borrowing in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.2. Each Credit Event (other than a Credit Event occurring on the Effective Date) shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date of such Credit Event that the conditions contained in this Section 5.2 have been satisfied.
