Request for Early Paydown Sample Clauses

Request for Early Paydown. Borrower is not required to pay down the Note until the Maturity Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lender may, at any time from one (1) month after the Date of Advance, request for an early pay down of a portion or all of the principal balance of his, her or its Notes. In such event, the Lender shall deliver a notice, in writing, at least ninety (90) days from such Early Paydown Demand. The notice shall contain the Early Paydown Amount.
