Request for Extension. Borrower may, by notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) not more than 60 days and not less than 30 days prior to each anniversary of the Closing Date (such anniversary date, the “Extension Date”), request (each, an “Extension Request”) that the Lenders extend the Maturity Date then in effect (the “Existing Maturity Date”) for an additional one year, provided that no more than two Extension Requests shall be permitted hereunder.
