Request for Final Acceptance. The Contractor shall notify the Division Manager, in writing, that the Work will be ready for final inspection and testing on or after a certain date, which date shall be stated in the notice. That inspection and any necessary testing shall be conducted in the same manner as the inspection for substantial completion. When the Work is finally and totally complete, including the elimination of all known deficiencies, the Work shall be finally accepted by the City and final payment shall be made in accordance with Section 20.7 of these General Conditions.
