Borrowers shall give Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days’ prior written notice requesting the incurrence of any Letter of Credit Obligation. The notice shall be accompanied by the form of the Letter of Credit (which shall be acceptable to the Issuing Bank) and an application therefor completed to the satisfaction of the Issuing Bank.
