Common use of Request for Issuance of Letter of Credit Clause in Contracts

Request for Issuance of Letter of Credit. The Borrower Representative shall give Agent at least three (3) Business Days’ prior written notice requesting the issuance of any Letter of Credit. The notice shall be accompanied by the form of the Letter of Credit (which shall be acceptable to the Agent and the L/C Issuer) and a completed application for standby letter of credit, master standby agreement, application for agreement for documentary letter of credit or master documentary agreement (as applicable), in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
