Common use of Request for Issuance of Letter of Credit Clause in Contracts

Request for Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall have received a Letter of Credit Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as the Issuing Lender may reasonably request. Each Borrowing of Loans by and Letter of Credit issued on behalf of any of the Borrowers hereunder after the Closing Date shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Parent Borrower as of the date of such Borrowing or such issuance that the conditions contained in this subsection 6.2 have been satisfied (except that no opinion need be expressed as to the Administrative Agent’s or the Required Lenders’ satisfaction with any document, instrument or other matter).
