Request for Letter of Credit Approval. A request by the Borrower for the issuance of a Letter of Credit by the L/C Bank shall be made by delivering to the Facility Agent and the L/C Bank, at least twenty (20) Business Days prior to the proposed date for the issuance of such Letter of Credit, a Request for Letter of Credit Approval substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 to Annex B, together with the documents required to be delivered in accordance with Annex B in connection therewith. The Borrower shall simultaneously deliver to the L/C Bank an application for an irrevocable documentary credit on the L/C Bank’s customary forms (provided that, in the case of a conflict between the terms of the customary form and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern), together with such other documents relating to the opening of commercial credits as the L/C Bank may request.
