Common use of Request for Notice of Defaults Clause in Contracts

Request for Notice of Defaults. Upon the recording of a Trust Deed, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, cause to be recorded in the Official Records, a written request, executed and acknowledged by Landlord, for a copy of all notices of default and all notices of sale under such Trust Deed, as provided by the laws of the State of California. Tenant shall include in the body of the recorded Trust Deed itself a request for notice having the effect described above.
