Request for Quotation (RFQ. As changes arise, whether originated by the Architect, Owner or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will prepare and distribute an RFQ to each individual subcontractor involved. The subcontractor’s attention is particularly directed to the following requirements of this form:
a) A complete breakdown of Labor, Material, Equipment, Insurance, Overhead and Fee is required. Quotations without breakdowns can not be considered and will be returned for correction before submitting for approval.
b) All cost changes involved in the change are to be included.
c) Any changes in the schedule must be indicated or it will be assumed that the Project Schedule will not be affected.
d) RFQ must be completed and returned within the time indicated.
