Request for Removal and/or Destruction. When a member initiates a written request to have a document removed and/or destroyed, the request shall be forwarded to the Chief. The Chief shall act upon the request by either granting the request and forwarding the request to the Human Resources Department for action or disagreeing with the request and returning it to the member with an explanation.
