REQUEST FOR RESUMPTION OF TRANSACTIONS. In the event that any of the following circumstance exists with respect to the Depositor subject to an Account Rejection, the Depositor may, with the Bank's consent, open a new account and resume transaction: (1) The period for Account Rejection has expired; or (2) Recordation of the Redemption, Reserve for Payment, or Re-Presentation and Payment of all Dishonored Negotiable Instruments which gave rise to the Account Rejection and all Dishonored Negotiable Instruments dishonored thereafter.
