Request for Term 2 Loans. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Notice of Borrowing requesting that the Term 2 Loan Lenders make Term 2 Loans on the Effective Date. Such Notice of Borrowing shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent not later than 11:00 a.m. Central time at least 1 Business Day prior to a borrowing of Term 2 Loans that are to be Base Rate Loans and not later than 11:00 a.m. Central time at least 3 Business Days prior to a borrowing of Term 2 Loans that are to be LIBOR Loans. Such Notice of Borrowing shall specify the aggregate principal amount of the Term 2 Loans to be borrowed, the Type of the requested Term 2 Loans, and if such Term 2 Loans are to be LIBOR Loans, the initial Interest Period for such Term 2 Loans. ​
