Request For Termination By Student. The Student may terminate this Contract by giving at least thirty (30) days written notice to the University prior to vacating the apartment. If for any reason the apartment is vacated prior to the end of the thirty (30) day period, the Student shall be liable for payment of rent for the full thirty (30) day period after notice is given.
