Common use of Request for the Advance Clause in Contracts

Request for the Advance. (i) To request the Advance, Borrower shall notify Lender of such request prior to Lender’s making the advance on the Funding Date. (ii) Such notice of request for the Advance (a “Borrowing Notice”) shall be in writing in substantially the form of Exhibit A, specifying therein: (x) the date of the Advance, which shall be the Funding Date, (y) the amount of the Advance and (z) the Funding Account. (b) The Borrowing Notice shall be irrevocable and binding on Borrower.
