Request from Landlord to Tenant for Written Statement. Xxxxxx agrees to execute and deliver, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of Landlord or of the lessor under any such underlying lease, or of the holder of any such mortgage, hypothec or deed of trust, any instrument which may be necessary or appropriate to evidence such attornment. Tenant will upon request of Landlord furnish to the lessor under any underlying lease and/or to each creditor under a mortgage, hypothec or deed of trust a written statement that this lease is in full force and effect and that Landlord has complied with all its obligations under this lease and shall furnish any other reasonable written statement, including current financial statements, document or estoppel certificate requested by any such creditor.
