Request to Increase Revolving Facility Commitment. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of this Section 9.1, the Borrower may, at any time or from time to time during the first four Loan Years, request an increase in the Revolving Facility Commitment. Any request to increase the Revolving Facility Commitment is subject to the approval of the Lender, which approval may be granted or withheld in Lender's sole discretion.
